Seven Emerald is family-owned and operated by Kim Bergeron and Eddie Fitz-Simon.
Kim Bergeron, grew up in Keene, NH and now lives locally with his wife and children. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire, which he puts to good use working for his family’s HVAC business.
Kim purchased his first investment property in 1998 and has increased his portfolio to five properties over the past decade. By completely renovating each property he has purchased and meticulously maintaining them, he holds the well-earned reputation of providing the highest-quality, off-campus housing in the area.
Seven Emerald Street is the culmination of that commitment to quality. This historic, downtown building is completely renovated and outfitted with top-shelf finishes and fixtures. Green building technologies, abundant natural light, high ceilings, ample off-street parking, a common patio and new landscaping are highlights of the amenities to be enjoyed by the tenants at Seven Emerald.
Partnering with Kim to purchase and renovate the Seven Emerald Street property is another Keene native, Eddie Fitz-Simon. Eddie, his wife and son live in Keene and his family has been a mainstay in the community for generations, running many fine local businesses. In 2005, Eddie purchased the Curry Copy business from his parents and the building at Seven Emerald Street where it is located.
